Merchant Services Done Right started from humble beginnings in 2012 with the founders going door-to-door to speak with local businesses to understand their challenges with payment processing. From ever-increasing prices, hard to read statements, long-term contracts, and long hold times for customer support, we quickly realized there was plenty wrong with merchant services and these businesses deserved better.
